On July 13, 2021, this revisional application was adjourned for a period of two weeks on the prayer of the learned Advocate for the petitioner.

Today, when the matter is called on nobody appears on behalf of the petitioner and no accommodation is sought for. In such view of the matter, it is clear that the petitioner does not wish to proceed with this revisional application. Accordingly, this revisional application is dismissed for default and connected applications, if any, are also dismissed. Interim order, if any, stands vacated.

The department concerned is directed to communicate the order passed in Court today to the Court below. The department shall ensure that acknowledgement of receipt of their communication is received. Report of compliance to be placed before this Court after three weeks.

The lower Court is directed to expeditiously act in accordance with law.
