Learned Additional Public Prosecutor submits that the petitioner is absconding for six years. The petitioner is one of the owners of the place where the alleged offences took place. Considering the long absconsion of the petitioner and considering the gravity of the offence and the involvement of the petitioner therein , we are unable to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

The prayer for anticipatory bail is thus, rejected. CRM (A) 2943 of 2022 is dismissed.
