Trial Court was required to submit a report on the adjourned date.

We perused the report of the trial Court.

We find from such report that, November 20, 2023 was fixed for examination of the accused persons under Section 313 of the Criminal Procedure Code and that on such date, an adjournment was taken by the accused persons which was allowed as a last chance. Next date fixed was December 6, 2023.

The trial is at the fag end. It is the accused persons who are delaying the disposal of the trial.

The prayer for bail is rejected.
