The matter has come up at the instance of the petitioner. 2.
It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that a typographical error has been crept in the order dated June 5, 2026. In paragraph 3 it will be "70 witnesses" in place of "17 witnesses". In the 3rd line of the said paragraph in place "investigation" it would be "trial". Hence, the paragraph 3 would be as follows:- "It is further submitted that out of 70 witnesses, only 3 witnesses have been examined and the order sheet would reveal that in the midst of the trial, a prayer was made for recording the statement under Section 183 of the BNSS, 2023 as well as for T.I. Parade. It is further submitted that causing delay in the entire trial and there is remote possibility of conclusion of trial in future." 3.
The other portion of the order dated June 5, 2026 shall remain unaltered.

The department is directed to do the needful. 5.
Let this order be treated as part of the order dated June 5, 2026. 6.
All parties shall act on the server copies of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.
