Learned advocate appearing for the State submits that initially, the police submitted a prosecution under Section 107 of the Criminal Procedure Code. However on August 22, 2021, the police registered the complaint of the petitioners as a First Information Report and that the investigations with regard thereto are in progress. Police taking steps on the complaint of the petitioners as noted above, further interference of the writ court is not called for at this stage. WPA 12671 of 2021 is disposed of accordingly.
