The present revisional application has been preferred against the proceedings pending before the learned Executive Magistrate, Domkol, Murshidabad relating to Misc. Case No.506 of 2012.

Having regard to the fact that the said proceedings were initiated under Section 144 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, I am of the view that, by dint of time the said proceedings have lost its force.

Accordingly, CRR 1766 of 2012 is dismissed.

Pending application, if any, is consequently disposed of. Interim order, if any, is hereby vacated.
