The writ petition is disposed of with a direction upon the Officer-in-Charge, Rishra Police Station to dispose of the complaint of the petitioner dated April 19, 2022 in accordance with law. Such direction shall not be construed as an observation on the culpability of the respondents Nos. 6 to 10 as alleged by the petitioner.

The investigation shall be concluded in a free, fair and impartial manner. Expeditious steps shall be taken.

It is the specific case of the respondent nos. 6 & 7, that they have purchased the property in 1948 from the father of the petitioner. It is further submitted that the petitioner is using force and coercive measures to grab the land of the said

respondents. In any event, a proper investigation will unearth the truth.

The writ petition is disposed of.

There shall be no order as to costs.

Parties are to act on the server copy of this order.
