After hearing learned counsel, this Court is of the view that the writ petition can be disposed of with a direction on the respondent no. 3 being the State Chief Information Commissioner, West Bengal, to consider the representation made by the petitioner on 4th May, 2022 and dispose of the same by passing a reasoned order within a period of four weeks from date after hearing all the necessary parties including the petitioner. A copy of the reasoned order shall be made

available to the petitioner within a week from the date of passing such order.

WPA 11306 of 2022 is disposed of in terms of the above.
