It appears that the order of this Court dated 28th February, 2024 was obtained suppressing an earlier order dated 17th January, 2024 passed by a coordinate Bench of this Court in the same writ petition.

This Court is of the view that it has been misled into the passing of the order dated 28th February, 2024. The same cannot be implemented.

The writ petitioner shall in compliance with the order of a coordinate Bench dated 17th January, 2024 join the transferred post and handover charge of Sankarpur Anchal F.P. School to the incumbent appointed by the DPSC, South 24-Parganas 4.

With the aforesaid observation, the contempt application is disposed of.

Personal presence of the alleged contemnors, if any, is dispensed with.

Rule, if any, shall stand discharged.

7.

There shall be no order as to costs.

All parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court. (Rajasekhar Mantha, J.)
