This Court finds that the applications filed by the petitioner and the directions sought for from the learned trial court were not only misconceived but also filed at an inappropriate stage of the suit.

With regard to the prayer to call upon Swarnava Banerjee as a witness, the finding of the learned Additional District Judge, 7th Court at Barasat in the order dated December 13, 2022, is correct. If the petitioner wishes he can always bring Swarnava Banerjee as his witness. With regard to the decision of the court that when the pendrive and CD, were not in the records of the court, the prayer to send the same for an expert opinion and report, was premature, is also correct.

With regard to the factum of amendment sought for, this Court finds that the amendment application was not drafted with the basic information and in the proper form. Hence, no interference is called for in this revisional application.

Accordingly, the revisional application is dismissed.

The petitioner is at liberty to take proper steps in accordance with law before the learned trial court. All the parties are directed to act on the basis of the server copy of this order.
