It appears from the report that yellow corner notice has already been issued and the NCB, Bangladesh has been notified.
This Court requests the NCB, India and NCB, Dhaka to coordinate with each other as expeditiously as possible to rescue the victim girl namely, Sangita Aich and bring her back to India. If necessary, for the aforesaid purpose, the writ petitioner may be permitted at the discretion of the authorities to accompany them to Dhaka to assist in tracing out the missing girl, at his own expense.
It further appears that the maternal uncle of the alleged abductor is traceable in India. The writ petitioner may provide any information that he may have in this regard to the CID, West Bengal. Suitable steps may be taken to take the person into
custody and elicit information that may be helpful in tracing out the missing girl.
With the aforesaid observations, the writ petition shall stand disposed of.
There shall be no order as to costs.
