This Court is informed that charge has been framed and 3rd January, 2025 has been fixed for recording evidence. Since the matter is pending since 2016, the learned trial Court is directed to dispose of the case being CGR no. 3271 of 2016 within one year from the next date fixed before him without granting any unnecessary adjournment to either party, in accordance with law.
