1. The instant matter is listed today under the heading "To Be Mentioned" since some typographical errors occurred in the judgment as passed in connection with the instant two writ petitions.

2. In page no. 2 of the aforementioned judgment the concluding date of hearing and the date of passing of judgment were typed as „23.07.2025‟ instead of „30.07.2025‟.

3. In view of such, the figures „23‟ as appearing at the top of page no. 2 are hereby deleted and in their place the figures „30‟ are inserted.

4. At the cause title of the said judgment dated 30.07.2025 the name of the learned Advocate for the

respondent no. 13 in WPA 11887 of 2025 and the petitioner in WPA 12981 of 2025 was typed as „Mr. Koushik Chandra Gupta‟ which should be „Mr. Kaushik Chandra Gupta‟.

5. In view of such, the wrong typing of name „Koushik‟ is deleted and in its place the name „Kaushik‟ is inserted.

6. In paragraph no. 39 of the self-same judgment in the third line from the top the word „Medinipur‟ is deleted and in its place „Bardhaman‟ is inserted.

7. Necessary corrections in this regard are made by me in Court today.

8. Let this order be treated as part of the judgment dated 30.07.2025 as passed in connection with the two writ petitions.
