Petitioner is aggrieved by the inaction of the police authorities in respect of the information furnished on or about 20th July, 2021.
A report has been submitted wherefrom it reflects that the petitioner filed an application under Section 156(3) of the Code of Criminal Procedure, pursuant to which Beldanga Police Station Case No.315 of 2021 dated 09.07.2021 was registered for investigation. On conclusion of investigation, chargesheet has been submitted before the jurisdictional court. Subsequently, police authorities also registered another case being Beldanga Police Station Case
No.396 of 2021 dated 16.08.2021 wherein on conclusion of investigation also charge-sheet was submitted. Police authorities also in the year 2022 drew up proceedings under Section 107 of the Code of Criminal Procedure. A civil suit is pending before the learned Civil Judge (Senior Division), 2nd Court, Berhampore, Murshidabad against the present petitioner and some others being Partition Suit Case No.375 of 2021.
Having considered that the petitioner and the private respondents are at loggerhead, the police authorities, if they find that the problem is continuing would ensure that no untoward incident further results.
Petitioner is granted to file a fresh representation with the Inspector-in-Charge, Beldanga Police Station in case she feels insecured and is faced with inconveniences since the earlier representation which was filed before the police authorities is of July, 2021.
With the aforesaid observations, WPA 12056 of 2023 is disposed of.
There will be no order as to costs.
Report submitted by the State be kept with the record.

Urgent photostat certified copies of this order, if applied for, be given to the parties upon compliance of all requisite formalities.
