1. Mr. Kaushik Sarker, Revenue Officer, Block Land & Land Reforms Officer, Bararackpore II is present today before this court.

2. I heard Revenue Officer, Block Land & Land Reforms Officer, Bararackpore II and he discloses that the land of the petitioner has been encroached by the Bibhutibhushan Krirangan Stadium under Barrackpore Municipality.

3. Learned counsels on behalf of the petitioner, State and also Barrackpore Municipality are present.

4. Given facts and circumstances, Board of Councillors, Barrackpore Municipality is directed to take decision on this issue and communicate the necessary

requisition to the State for acquisition of land or release the land in favour of the petitioner within six weeks from date.

5. With the aforesaid observation, the writ petition stands disposed of.

6. Personal appears of Mr. Kaushik Sarker, Revenue Officer, Block Land & Land Reforms Officer, Bararackpore II stands dispensed with.

7. All parties to this writ petition shall act on the server copy of this order downloaded from the official website of this Court.
