On the specific contention of the respondent nos. 9 and 10 that they are willing to allow the petitioner to reside in the household, nothing further remains to be decided in this writ petition.

The petitioner will meet the Officer-in-Charge, New Town Police Station on July 12, 2022 at 12 noon. The petitioner will be escorted back to the house, by the police authorities.

The police authorities will keep a vigil in order to ensure neither party commits any nuisance or breach of peace.

The other issues with regard to the right, title and interest of the parties, shall be decided by the appropriate court.

This order shall not prevent the police authorities from proceeding in accordance with law, if any further untoward incident occurs, in future. The writ petition is disposed of.

There shall be no order as to costs.

Parties are to act on the server copy of this order.
