Heard the learned Advocates for the parties.

We have considered the materials on record. Bail prayer of the petitioner was rejected in November, 2022. Thereafter, prayer of co-accused Sarban Kumar Barman @ Sarwan Kumar Barman has also been rejected.

Under such circumstances, we do not find any reason to enlarge the petitioner on bail at this stage. Accordingly, the prayer for bail of the petitioner is rejected.
