Dey, learned Advocate for the petitioner submits that the writ petition suffers from some technical defects moreover the petitioner intends to bring some more relevant facts on record, as such, he prays leave to withdraw the writ petition and to file afresh. Mr. Dey files written instruction of his client to the said effect, let it be kept with the record.

Prayer is allowed.

WPA 12123 of 2025 is dismissed as not pressed without any order as to costs.

This order, however, will not prevent the petitioner to file a fresh writ petition on the selfsame cause of action for the similar relief. Parties to act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of the Court.
