1. Affidavit of service filed by the petitioners is taken on record.

2. All the learned counsel appearing for the parties to this CRAN application are present.

3. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioners has prayed for restoration of the revisional application which was dismissed for non-representation of the petitioner on the relevant date of hearing.

4. It is submitted that at the relevant point of time the learned counsel for the petitioners was on legs before a Coordinate Bench of this Court and could not appear when the matter was called in.

5. Having heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners as well as explanations delineated in the petition itself, the prayer for restoration stands allowed.

6. The revisional application being CRR 1897 of 2024 be restored to its original file and number.

7. Accordingly, the application being CRAN 1 of 2025 stands disposed of.
