Ex. Case No. 01 of 2009 was allowed on contest on 08.06.2011. The report of the Judicial Magistrate 2nd Court, Diamond Harbour, South 24 Parganas stated that the M. Execution 01 of 2009 was disposed of on 15.07.2016. Let the aforesaid reports be kept on record.

Under such circumstances, the instant revisional application has become infructuous and disposed of.
