Heard learned Advocates appearing for the parties. By this writ petition, petitioner has challenged the impugned order in original dated 8th April, 2022, by filing this writ petition on 15th May, 2023 i.e. almost after expiry of one year and one month from the date of the order in original and furthermore the aforesaid impugned order is an appealable order under the Statute. Though there are serious allegations against the petitioner in the impugned order but without going into the merits of the same only on the ground of availability of alternative remedy I am not inclined to entertain this writ petition being WPA 12065 of 2023 and, accordingly the same is dismissed.
