Petitioner is aggrieved by the fact that in spite of informing the police authorities against the private respondents, no steps have been taken and the private respondents are trying to encroach upon the petitioner's property.

State has submitted a report. Report reflects that a title suit being T.S. No. 416 of 2023 is pending before the learned Civil Judge, Junior Division III, Purba Bardhaman between the respondents and the present petitioner.

Police authorities have kept a strict vigil to prevent the petitioner and the private respondents from being involved in any type of untoward incident. Police authorities are directed to continue their

surveillance and ensure that no breach of the peace and/or tranquility takes place.

With the aforesaid observations WPA 12066 of 2023 is disposed of.

Report so submitted be kept with the record.

Copy of the report be handed over to the learned advocate appearing for the petitioner. All parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.
