1. Learned Counsel for the alleged contemnor appears and submits that the petitioner has not complied with the order of this Court by depositing the requisite police help costs to enable the WBSEDCL to give electricity connection in terms of the order of this Court to the petitioner.

2. In any event, this is the second consecutive occasion when none appears to move the contempt application, although the alleged contemnors are represented through their counsel on both occasions. Hence, it transpires that the petitioner is no longer interested to move the contempt application.

3. Accordingly, CPAN 825 of 2024 is dismissed for default without any order as to costs.
