Mr. Saryati Datta Mr. Sanjib Kr. Dan ....for the petitioner Mr. Sanjoy Bardhan Mr. Tirupati Mukherjee ..for the State Considering the incriminating materials available in the case diary including the injury report showing grievous injury and taking name of the petitioner as an assailant, I do not consider that this is to be a fit case to grant anticipatory bail. Accordingly, the prayer for anticipatory bail to the petitioner is rejected.
