It appears from the order No. 9 dated June 28, 2021 that the hearing of the Misc. appeal has been fixed on October 8, 2021.

This order is being passed as the learned advocate for the petitioner submits that at present no resolution of the Bar Association 'Not to Pass any Adverse Order' is subsisting. In view of the order sought and proposed to be passed, there is no necessity of issuing any notice upon the opposite party. However, the petitioner shall be obliged to forward a copy of this application as well as this order upon the opposite parties or their learned advocates in the court below.

CO 1400 of 2021 is disposed of by requesting the learned District Judge, Purba Medinipur to take up the hearing of the petition dated January 15, 2021 filed in connection with Miscellaneous Appeal No. 37 of 2019, on the

next date fixed i.e., on October 8, 2021 and to make endeavour to dispose of the same as expeditiously as possible without granting any unnecessary adjournments to either of the parties.

Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be given to the parties on completion of usual formalities.
