It appears on perusal of the writ petition that for the redressal of grievance raised in this writ petition, petitioner has already made a representation before the respondent authorities concerned on 28th April, 2022 being Annexure P-4 to the writ petition and the details of the grievance would appear from the said representation.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this writ petition being WPA 11356 of 2022 is disposed of by directing the respondent authorities concerned to dispose of the said representation of the petitioner dated 28th April, 2022 in accordance with law and by passing a reasoned and speaking order

after giving opportunity of hearing to the petitioner and any other interested parties, within four weeks from the date of communication of this order. In case petitioner is able to make out any case in his favour in course of hearing, the respondent concerned shall grant appropriate relief to the petitioner expeditiously. ( Md. Nizamuddin, J.)
