It is submitted by the learned advocate for both the parties that the dispute has been amicably settled between the parties. The

dispute arose amongst flat owners of an apartment and it is absolutely private in nature. It appears from the record that the except the allegation under Section 379 of the Indian Penal Code all other offences are compoundable in nature. However, while submitting charge sheet, police did not find any material of allegation under Section 379 of the Indian Penal Code and charge sheet was, therefore, filed on compoundable offences under Sections 448/341/325/354/379/506/34 of the Indian Penal Code. Since the dispute has been amicably settled between the parties and the learned advocate on instruction has prayed for dropping the instant matter, the instant revision is disposed of on the ground of compromise. Let the joint compromise petition be part of this order. The proceeding in the trial Court being G. R. Case No.3732 of 2020 pending before the Court of the learned Judicial Magistrate, 3rd Court at Howrah be quashed.
