Petitioner approached this Court as the current representation dated 02.05.2024 addressed to the Officer-in-Charge, Nakashipara Police Station did not yield any result. According to the petitioner the order passed by the learned Civil Judge (Junior Division), 2nd Court, Krishnanagar, Nadia in T.S. No. 324/2018 was not adhered to and the police authorities on being informed also did not take any steps.

Mr. Yusuf, learned Additional Government Pleader appearing on behalf of the State submits that, pursuant to receipt of information, Nakashipara PS Case No. 439 of 2024 was registered for investigation.

Having regard to the fact that the police authorities adhered and acted on the basis of the

information, I am of the view that further directions upon the police authorities are unwarranted, as such WPA 13018 of 2024 is disposed of.
