By an order dated 19.12.2024 passed by this Court, the respondent Commissioner/the alleged contemnor was directed to consider the application for transfer of the petitioner by passing a reasoned order in accordance with law and expeditiously, preferably within eight weeks from the date of communication of this order. Much time has lapsed, yet no such order has been passed. There is a deliberate violation of the order passed by this Court.

Let the petitioner serve a copy of this application upon the alleged contemnor by speed post with acknowledgement due, within a week and file an affidavit of service to that effect on the next date. List this matter for further consideration under the same heading after four weeks.
