1. This contempt application has been filed alleging disobedience of the interim order granted in F.A. 47 of 2013 and the said appeal was taken up along with F.M.A. 222 of 2008 and both the appeals then were disposed of by judgment and order dated 11th September, 2023.

2. Hence nothig further survives for adjudication in this contempt application and the same stands disposed of.
