The present revision had been preferred against a judgement and order of conviction in a proceeding under Section 138 of the N.I. Act.

An administrative notice was directed to be served upon the petitioner/convict. Report from the department has been received stating that the petitioner has expired. As such as there is no representation of any of the legal heirs of the petitioner who has expired, the present revision abates.
