Nag ...for the State Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the State submits that the license has already been granted for the MR dealership in question even before the petitioner approached this Court with this writ petition. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that in such event, the petitioner would not like to press this application and would instead challenge the appointment for distributorship by way of a fresh application.

On the prayer of the learned counsel for the petitioner, the writ petition is disposed of as withdrawn. However, this shall not prevent the petitioner from challenging the appointment in question by filing an appropriate writ application on the self-same grounds. Urgent photostat certified copies of this order may be delivered to the learned Advocates for the parties, if applied

for, upon compliance of all formalities.
