Learned advocate for the petitioners submits that the petitioners are in custody for more than five years. He submits that despite direction of the Court, trial is yet to be disposed of. Learned advocate for the State opposes the prayer for bail. Considering the materials in the case diary and considering the fact that there are earlier orders of rejection of prayer for bail and that there is hardly any change in circumstance, we are not inclined to grant bail to the petitioners.
