It is apparent from the said office report that the appeal is delayed by 608 days and an application for condonation of delay bearing number CAN-6855/2019 has already been filed on 18.07.2019 It further appears from the said office report that the following defect still persists in this appeal:

1. The case number of the L.A case furnished in the preamble to the grounds of appeal does not tally with that of the certified copy of the Judgement and decree. Hence, the Ld.
