For the State The petitioner is a holder of permanent permit being No. 2026/2022 in route Gopiballavpur and Bankura. No timetable was issued in favour of the petitioner for which the petitioner, in the present application, sought issuance of timetable in his favour.

During pendency of the writ petition timetable was issued in favour of the petitioner upon considering the opinion of other interested operators, for a period of 14 days which was subsequently extended for a period of one month and is due to expire on 28th August, 2023.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has no grievance with regard to issuance of timetable in his favour and prays for a direction upon the authority to extend the said timetable for a period of at least three months at a stretch.

Upon consideration of the submission made on behalf of the parties, this Court is inclined to hold that nothing further remains to be adjudicated in the writ petition and the same is accordingly disposed of.

The concerned authority being the 4th respondent herein is directed to extend the validity of the timetable for a period of at least three months from the date of expiry thereof i.e. 28th August, 2023.

There shall be no order as to costs.

Since no affidavit has been invited, allegations contained in the writ petition shall be deemed not to have been admitted.

Urgent certified website copy of the order, if applied for, be given to the parties on compliance of requisite formalities.
