1. In view of the fact that there is no provision of payment of family pension to the unmarried sister of an employee, we are of the view that the learned Single Judge was justified in rejecting the said writ petition.

2. Accordingly, the appeal and the application stand dismissed.

3. However, there shall be no order as to costs.

4. Urgent Photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be given to the parties on usual undertaking.
