1. One person suffered injury in an incident of assault.

2. Apparently, there are disputes between the family members. Injured suffered grievous hurt.

3. Injured recorded a statement under Section 164 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, where he names all the petitioners being involved in the incident of assault using a sharp-cutting weapon to inflict a deep-cut injury on the scalp as also abrasion on the other parts of his body.

4. Victim named all the petitioners before us as the assailants at the time of his medical examination.

5. Considering the gravity of the offence and the involvement of the petitioners in the incident, we are unable to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioners.

6. Accordingly, the prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioners is rejected.
