Petitioner Mr. Soumya Basu Roy Chowdhuri ... ... for the petitioner Mr. Pritam Roy Ms. Arushi Rathore ... ... for the NCB Learned Advocate appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is similarly placed as the other accused who has been granted bail in CRM (NDPS) 766 of 2026.

Learned Advocate for the NCB opposes the prayer for bail but is unable to refute the contention that petitioner is not similarly situated with the other accused who has been granted bail. In view of the aforesaid, I direct release of the present petitioner viz., Khusboo @ Khusbu Kumari on the same terms and conditions as was imposed on the other accused viz. Sarita Devi in CRM (NDPS) 766 of 2026.

With the aforesaid observations, the application for bail being CRM (NDPS) 1181 of 2026 is allowed.

All concerned parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.
