The petitioner participated in the recruitment process of the year 2009 conducted by the Malda DPSC. The writ petitioner approached this Court by way of WPA 9164 of 2015. The said writ petition was disposed of directing the counsel of the DPSC to take the petitioner's interview.

The present writ petition has been filed stating that despite interview, the petitioner's name was not recorded in the panel and marks were not awarded. 3.

Since, the writ petitioner has pursued his claims in respect of the aforesaid recruitment process since the year 2015, notwithstanding the fact that the writ petition has been filed on 3rd May 2024, he is entitled to the benefits of the order dated 26.04.2024 passed in WPA 25712 of 2022 (Md. Asiruddin and others Vs. State

of West Bengal and others) on the same terms and conditions.

The writ petition is disposed of.

There will be no order as to costs.
