Learned lawyer for the State opposes the prayer for bil. Having considered the materials in the case diary disclosing prima facie involvement of the petitioner in dealing in narcotic substance above commercial quantity i.e. 256 gm. of brown sugar and as prayer for bail of the petitioner was rejected earlier, we are not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, prayer for bail is rejected.
