The petitioners seek expeditious disposal of GR Case No.853 of 2023 pending before the learned Judicial Magistrate, 2nd Court, Durgapur.
It appears that charge has been framed on 15th January, 2024. Witness action has commenced. In view of the above, the learned trial Court is directed to take the proceeding to its logical conclusion as expeditiously as possible, without granting any unnecessary adjournment to either of the parties, in accordance with law.
The revisional application being CRR 1900 of 2024 is disposed of.
