Petitioner is aggrieved by the fact that her representation dated 08.07.2021 was not responded by the police authorities including the Officer-incharge, Entally police station. Since the information was furnished on July, 2021 and more than 3 and a half years have passed since then, I am of the view that if the petitioner still faces some inconveniences she would approach the Officer-in-charge, Entally Police Station with a fresh representation. The concerned Officer-in-charge will consider the said representation in accordance with law.

As none appears on behalf of the State, Ms.

Pratiti Das, who ordinarily appears on behalf of the

State is directed to represent the State. Her appearance may be regularized by the concerned authorities.

With the aforesaid observations WPA 12618 of 2021 is disposed of.

All parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.
