Perused the case diary.

In view of the fact that proclamation had been issued against the present petitioner way back in January 2024, I am not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner. However, considering the materials available in the case diary and the alleged role ascribed to the present petitioner, the petitioner shall be at liberty to surrender before the learned Trial Court within four weeks from this date. In such event, if a prayer for bail is made, the same shall be considered in accordance with law. The presence of the Investigating Officer is noted and is dispensed with.

The application for anticipatory bail being C.R.M. (A) 1888 of 2025 is, thus, rejected.

Urgent photostat certified copies of this order may be delivered to the learned Advocates for the parties, if applied for, upon compliance of all formalities.
