We find from the impugned judgment and order dated 20th May, 2022 that the returnable date of the injunction application before the learned court below was 3rd June, 2022.

The appellant is aggrieved by an order of injunction in terms of prayer (b) of the injunction application.

Dispensing with all formalities, we take up the appeal and direct that the interim application be heard out immediately by the learned court below in the presence of the parties and by a reasoned order. The learned court below would be at liberty to re-consider whether to continue or extend the interim order already granted, before passing directions for filing of written objection.

All points are kept open before the learned court below.
