We have considered the materials on record. Victim who is a special lady has not yet been examined. Her examination is fixed on 22nd May, 2024.

In view of the delicate stage at which the trial is poised and gravity of the offence, we are not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.

Accordingly, the prayer for bail of the petitioner is rejected.
