As none appears on behalf of the State, Mr. Amit Kumar Ghosh, learned advocate, who ordinarily appears for the State, is directed to represent the State. His appointment may be regularised by the concerned authorities.
The petitioner has approached this Court as the representation made to the Officer-in-Charge, Gangnapur Police Station was not considered by the concerned police station.
Learned advocate appearing for the private respondent nos. 2 to 5 submits that civil suit is still pending.
In view of the representation which has been enclosed along with the writ petition is of 7th April, 2023. If the petitioner is faced with similar inconvenience as complained of in the said representation, he would be at liberty to file a fresh representation before the concerned police station. The concerned police station will act in accordance with law.
With the aforesaid observations, the writ petition being WPA 12081 of 2023 is disposed of. Pending connected application, if any, is consequently disposed of.
There will be no order as to costs.
All concerned parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.
