...for the State in CRAN 1 of 2025 Learned advocate appearing for the State has submitted a report which primarily reflects the Epic Card and the driving licence of the petitioner no.2 has been found to be genuine. Considering the documents submitted to be genuine, I am inclined to release the petitioner no.2 on bail. Accordingly, the prayer for bail of the petitioner no.2 is allowed. The petitioner no.2, namely, Abdul Mukaram @ Mansur Pudia shall be released on bail upon furnishing bond of Rs.20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand only) with two sureties of Rs.10,000/-

each, one of whom must be local to the satisfaction of the learned ACJM, Basirhat, 24 Parganas (North). If on bail, the petitioner no.2 shall be physically present on each and every date fixed by the learned trial court and shall not leave the jurisdiction of the district of 24 Parganas (North) without the prior permission of the learned trial court.

Accordingly, CRM(M) 538 of 2025 is disposed of. In Re: CRAN 1 of 2025 Another application has been taken out on behalf of the accused/petitioner, namely, Abdul Salam @ Abdol Salam Bavar @ Abdol Salam. The petitioner's main contention is with regard to the local surety which has been imposed. The local surety which has been imposed is of Rs.25,000/-. The same is reduced to local surety of Rs.10,000/-.

Accordingly, CRAN 1 of 2025 is disposed of.

Report submitted by the State be kept with the record. All parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court. Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties upon compliance of all requisite formalities.
