The present petition has been filed in public interest claiming that rice, dal and flour mill set up by the private respondent No.9 in the area is causing disturbance. The learned counsel for the respondent No.9 pointed out that the petitioner No.1 is his brother and there are some private disputes pending between the parties. The present petition has been filed to settle the scores. On perusal of the memo of parties, we find that the petitioner No.1 i.e. son of Late Subodh Biswas is brother of respondent No.9.

Considering the aforesaid fact, we do not wish to entertain the present petition claimed to be filed in the public interest.

The same is accordingly dismissed.
