We have considered the materials on record which prima facie discloses role of the petitioners in murdering the victim. Explanation with regard to the initial description of the incident as "road traffic accident" in the medical records has since been clarified.

Keeping in mind the aforesaid incriminating materials and gravity of the offence, we are not inclined to grant bail to the petitioners.

The application for bail is, thus, rejected. Presence of the Investigating Officer is noted and dispensed with.
