Affidavit of service filed in Court today is taken on record.

Despite service, the respondents are not represented.

By the aforesaid writ petition, the petitioner would, in effect, not only seeks enforcement of the order of the Ombudsman dated 17th February, 2025 but also consideration of his representations dated 24th April, 2025 and 8th June 2025, which has been brought on record by way of supplementary affidavit.

However, considering the innocuous prayer made by the petitioner, I am of the view that the aforesaid writ petition can be disposed of by directing the respondent no. 6 to consider the petitioner's representations dated 24th April 2025 and 8th June 2025 in accordance with law. 5.

It is made clear that the respondent no.6 shall hear out and dispose of the same, by giving an opportunity of

hearing to the petitioner, preferably within a period of three months from the date of communication of this order.

It is made clear that this Court has not gone into the merits of the matter and it shall be open to the respondent no.6 to decide the petitioner's representation without being influenced by any of the observations made hereinabove.\ 7.

Urgent Photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be made available to the parties upon compliance with the requisite formalities.
